1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WikiGazette ("Service"), operated by Iron Monarch LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Iron Monarch LLC a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. The WikiGazette name, logo, and all related marks are the property of Iron Monarch LLC.
5. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL IRON MONARCH LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
6. Document Hosting
Documents hosted on WikiGazette are stored securely and accessible only through the links and passcodes you configure. Iron Monarch LLC does not guarantee the perpetual availability of hosted documents and reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
WikiGazette offers three subscription tiers: a Free plan (up to 10 documents), a Pro plan at $19.99/year (up to 40 documents), and an Unlimited plan at $49.99/year (unlimited documents). All paid subscriptions are billed annually in advance through Stripe. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, at which point your account will revert to the Free plan limits. If you exceed the limits of the Free plan after downgrading, some documents may become inactive until you bring your account within the Free plan limits or upgrade again. Iron Monarch LLC reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice; any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
8. Modifications
Iron Monarch LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
